Thanksgiving Poem: A Harvest of Thanks.
Happy Thanksgiving!
Unknown Author
In fields of gold, beneath autumn skies,
Where leaves fall gently as the year says goodbye,
We gather together, both family and friends,
To cherish the moments this season extends.
For the laughter and warmth, the stories retold,
For the hugs and the love that never grows old,
We give thanks for blessings, both quiet and bright,
For the sun’s gentle glow and the stars’ silver light.
For the hands that prepare, the hearts that provide,
The kindness that’s shared when we sit side by side,
We are richer than kings, more blessed than we know,
With the love that sustains and the peace that we sow.
So here’s to the gathering, the food, and the cheer,
The joy in the journey, another good year.
May gratitude bloom, in all that we do,
A harvest of thanks, from me and from you.
